Meli Bakehouse is the result of years of culinary inspiration, hopeful prayers, and sheer determination. Rooted in Greek heritage and fueled by passion, we are honored to grow our home in Mt Airy and serve this community with warmth and excellence.

What began as selling baked goods at farmers markets led to opening To Your Health Bakery in Winston-Salem in 2017 — a shop devoted to gluten-free and allergy-friendly creations. In 2024, Anna competed on Food Network’s Spring Baking Championship, strengthening her desire to return to her Greek roots with fresh energy and elevated flavors.
Every pastry and loaf from our kitchen is crafted with intention, heritage, and premium ingredients — always with the goal of creating connection. We cannot wait to share this journey with you.
Each pastry, loaf, and dessert is made from scratch every morning using time-honored techniques and a whole lot of heart.
